SB286 HFA Ellington and Rohrbach 3-12

            Delegate Ellington and Rohrbach moves to amend the amendment on page four, line seventeen, by removing the period inserting a colon and the following: “Provided, That the commissioner shall meet with and strictly review the exemptions from a physician who had approved what appears to be an excessive number of exemptions.”
